Campaign terms
These terms describe the One Student, One Shirt donation registration campaign organised by Taylor's Education Group, in support of LaunchPad’s efforts to tackle period poverty.
1. Campaign period and participation
The registration period runs from 2026-10-19T00:00:00+08:00 to 2026-12-31T23:59:59.999+08:00, using Malaysian time (UTC+8). Participation is open to donors with a valid email address; a Taylor’s student or staff email is not required. No purchase is required. Register only donations actually made at Syopz Mall during the campaign period.
2. Qualifying donations and entries
Only cotton T-shirts qualify. Each donated cotton T-shirt provides one entry. Register between 1 and 100 shirts per submission. Repeat submissions are welcome for new donations; do not register the same shirts more than once. Supply accurate donor details, the actual shirt count and a clear photo showing the donated T-shirts. The submission date and Syopz Mall collection point are recorded automatically.
3. Milestones and agency review
Entries receive consecutive numbers as registrations are successfully recorded. There are 23 planned milestone draws: 100, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, then every 1,000 entries from 3,000 to 20,000. The entry containing a milestone number is selected for agency review. Selection is not a confirmed win. The agency reviews selected entries weekly, including their photos, and decides uncertain fabric or eligibility cases.
Where a selected entry is disqualified, or the donor has already won, the next available eligible entry at or after that milestone is considered. Milestone numbers do not change. Each donor may receive only one approved win across the campaign, including replacements. Use the same email address for all registrations. The agency must verify donor identity and investigate matching contact numbers before approving a winner.
4. Prizes and contact
Prize arrangements, announcements and collection details are to be announced. No prize value or collection commitment is made in this draft. The agency will use the submitted contact details to contact selected donors. Any response deadline, age/guardian condition, prize delivery arrangement or public winner announcement wording must be confirmed before launch and included in the approved terms.
5. Accuracy and review requests
False, repeated or ineligible donation registrations may be disqualified following agency review. Contact test@abc.com with your registration reference to request a correction or ask about an eligibility decision. Registration numbers acknowledge receipt of information and do not certify fabric composition or guarantee a prize.
6. Personal data
Campaign administration requires your name, email, contact number, donation quantity, photo and submission record. Read the privacy notice before submitting. Campaign consent does not include unrelated marketing or permission to publish your photo or personal details for publicity. Any publicity permission must be requested separately.
7. Changes and technical issues
Material campaign changes should be clearly communicated through official campaign channels. If a technical issue leaves a submission unconfirmed, retry the same request or contact the campaign team before registering the same donation again. Contact: test@abc.com.
